The location was perfect. It is close to everything.
It was in the high nineties and the air went out in our room upon returning from our event. At first there were no rooms available but within an hour they were able to find us another room.

The location was good.
The lobby was inviting.
The rooms were a good size.
The rooms weren’t as updated as the lobby. There were several places in the room that showed it needed some work.
When I first went to the room, the door was ajar, so I went back downstairs to make sure it wasn’t actually someone else’s room. I was told it was fine and that the cleaning staff had probably forgotten to close the door. When I went into the room, I noticed that almost every drawer and door was open. No big deal, but odd.
The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom.
There was a card in the room that said towels on the floor would be replaced and beds would be made with the same sheets (unless new sheets were requested) but I was there for two nights and none of that happened.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. It was pleasant for one night, but definitely needs some fixings.
The hallway walking to the room was hot. The mattress was kinda okay for sleep. The ironing board was broken. The breakfast should be included in the stay.
