Reserved due to price and location. Unexpectedly stuck overnight for flight out of MCO. A bit far from MCO, but well worth the 10-min drive time. Checked in after midnight; checked out at 4:10a. Place was immaculate. Bedding as good as we've found anywhere. Coffee excellent. Gone before breakfast available. Outstanding experience.
When making the res, I spoke with someone and was told the shuttle service was 24-hour. Shuttle to hotel went great. Upon check-in, said we needed a 4am shuttle back to MCO. Told shuttle doesn't start until 5am. Had to take an Uber BUT I will stay there again next time I'm in Orlando. Everything else was excellent.

The breakfast was basic but adequate with plenty of food on offer and this was included in the price. There is a lovely coffee machine in the foyer and tea making facilities are also there. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very large and quiet. We were picked up at the airport which was in the deal. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers in the Orlando area.
Not one thing! Everything was so good and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We thought breakfast was fantastic & location was great the shuttles were very good & timely
not much - maybee the hot water down stairs in the coffee machine didn't work only microwave oven

The beds were fairly comfortable. And it was updated hotel, reasonable price for a last minute place to sleep.
There is a cockroach in room 301. It came out when getting settled in. Didn't say anything because previous reviews said they told the staff about this and nothing was done and the staff called the guest a liar. So didn't bother to say anything. We stayed bc we had no where else to go at the late hour we were at.. so dealt with it.
