Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant server during dinner was Great, friendly and professional.
Hallways in upstairs were extremely cold! But I guess better than hot.

Missed the shuttle by seconds (running after it) and needed the extra time because I was unfamiliar with mco, got the next one but barely made the gate while it was boarding

Great location, airport shuttle, great customer service, clean rooms great food. The bar attendant was so friendly overall, great place to stay.
I don’t have any negative complaints nothing negative to say about the place. I think it’s an awesome place to stay quiet. The lobby is so beautiful that brings ambience to any One who wants a decent place to stay when traveling.

The location
The hotel looks tired and worn and needs a serious updating. We won't stay there again until there's a significant improvement.
