We were welcomed by wonderful staff who were happy to help us. Christine is an exceptional staff. She went far and beyond to make our night stress free. We felt really welcomed. The place was truly clean. The breakfast was scrumptious. We loved everything about the hotel. We are originally from Njoro and we did not expect that there would be a beautiful hotel like this one. This is where I want to stay every time I travel to Nakuru. Thank you for your services. I have told my other family about the hotel and they have promised to come and sleep there when they come to Nakuru. Once again thank you.
Some of the problems are out of your control. This noise from the matatus early in the morning cannot be avoided.

The staff are good, good customer service, the rooms are clean.
The location of the hotel, in the middle of the town next to the bus terminus. There are shops on the first 2 floors of the building. The rooms are not sound proof, hence they are noisy.
