Just had a great long weekend at this great spot right in the heart of Mr. Pleasant. Amazing views from rooftop, living space, kitchen and bedrooms all a+. Can’t wait to return!

We had lived in the OV for five years and had recently moved back to the Northeast, so a little end of year return visit to our old neighborhood was the purpose of the stay. The location is great; I had always passed by this hidden street but was unaware how charming it is. Home was very nice & clean- but be warned, steep stairs throughout-very vertical.
Opportunities:
- wifi/codes given by the property mgrs and what was in the binder in the house were different. Not a big deal, but I had to do some work and didnt know which one to connect to & different/inconsistent info was in email and text - would have been nice for it to all be in one place
- beds, linens/towels were average/to below average for the price of the stay- tiny/cheapish towels.
- fans need to be fixed as they make a lot of noise- woke me up one night and needed to be turned off completely
-they were very clear & borderline awkwardly aggressive about ONE parking space in an empty grass mini lot across from the house. There is definitely room for 2+ cars and there is a shared driveway with a neighboring rental (I think they also own) which went unused the entire week and it is unclear why. We rented a car and a golf cart and were told to find parking for one or the other on a nearby street.
Overall, a nice stay, but the communication was a bit automated, rules heavy and felt impersonal. No personal follow up to see how it was going/if we needed anything; would have been a nice touch for the $.

I am kind of like other people who reviewed - I don’t want to tell anyone else about this place because it was so great. Good setup for the two adults and two kids. We did not spend a lot of time in the property, but loved the layout, and the appliances looked nice. However, the best part was the location. Code to downtown, close to Sullivan’s island, very close to patriots point and Shem creek. Great restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop while we were there, but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay again and again!

We found this property to be in a good location, easy to get to downtown and the beach. You can walk to the cute coffee shops and the bridge. Everything was clean and accommodating. I have suggested new pillows, mattress toppers would have been great, and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom (this most likely falls under property management team). There was no leniency with check in or departure unless you’re willing to pay for it. Also, I am a light sleeper, and could here the traffic nearby along with the sounds of sirens a couple of nights during our stay. Overall it was a great place for 6 women, as long as 1 of them doesn’t mind sleeping in a kids twin bed. Steven was very responsive during our entire stay.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was clean, stylish, and was in a great location. My only criticism is the living space, there wasn't enough comfortable furniture for our group of 6, only 3 or 4 could sit on the lounging furniture at a time, while others had to sit on metal chairs. Would have been nice if we could have all lounged comfortably together! But otherwise we had a great experience!

We have stayed in these properties several times and have always been pleased with the amenities and location. This time was the first time, however, that there was no access to local tv, which we like when we’re in town. It did not effect the enjoyment of our trip and we would stay here again!

Angelo’s retreat was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Thee place is in a great location, equal distance to Sullivan’s Island and downtown Charleston with great access to restaurants and bars. The place was clean and had enough space to sleep all of us without issue.

I hesitated to review this place because I didn't want anyone else to know about it. Loved this spot, hope to get it again next year. Centrally located in Mt. This home was a great find! It was conveniently located to walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. It was also a 10 min drive to downtown and 10 min drive to Sullivan’s Island. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop was gorgeous but we were staying on a colder than normal weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy it!

Wonderful home in a fabulous location! You can walk/bike to many restaurants and shops. Situated between downtown Charleston and the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. The home feels spacious with 4 floors and the roof top deck makes the stay just that more special. You can't go wrong renting this vacation home.

Having been to the Charleston area many times, we opted to stay in Mount Pleasant for a change. Easy access to CHS and Sullivan's Island. The townhouse was exactly as portrayed in photos--very clean and convenient. We were quite comfortable and grateful for the ease of making the reservation and gaining access to the property.

This place was ideal for our family! Situated halfway between Charleston and Sullivan's Island, not to mention walking distance to Shem's Creek. We had perfect weather and an amazing weekend staying at this clean, comfortable, well appointed house.

This property was absolutely beautiful! It would not have accommodated 7 people comfortably. There is one couch and one chair on the main floor and 4 adults barely fit with 3 of us crammed on the couch. The main TV kept freezing while watching Netflix, but other than that, the home is gorgeous and centrally located. The pictures show the home perfectly and there were no decor surprises. Overall, very relaxing just need more seating on the main level.

Our family chose this location due to its proximity to Shipyard Ball Park, beaches, downtown Charleston, etc. This home lived up to our expectations! Beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet and felt safe. Myself and 6 others stayed comfortably in the 3 4* story house. The rooftop area was something that made us pull the trigger on this spot but we only took photos up there 😂! You couldn’t beat the view. It was such a hike to the top that we spent most our time in the kitchen/LR when we were “home.”
The place is more beautiful in person and the beds were REALLY comfortable.
You can’t beat location for the price/amenities. 8 mins from downtown and a walk to Shem Creek and other restaurants/stores!
Only issue - We didn’t have any soap for the dishwasher so had to buy our own to run it when we left. We also received a noise complaint but it was only 4 girls catching up downstairs past 10pm. No music, not partying at all. That stunk. Other than that, we’d definitely book again.

Sleeps 4 comfortably maybe 6-8 if willing to share beds/couch. I live in charleston and have friends in town and will use it again in the future!

The best! House was so beautiful and very clean; just as pictured! Well appointed kitchen and baths. Loved the extra towels and comfy beds. The location was perfect for us… quaint, walkable to local shops and restaurants, quiet at night for light sleepers. We love, love, loved the place! Will be back.

What a fantastic property and location! If you love Mount Pleasant's Old Village, you need to stay here. Walking distance to so many of our favorite places: The Post House, Brown Fox Coffee, Elizabeth Stuart, and Half Moon Outfitters! The home is well equipped and nicely designed. We enjoyed coffee and wine on the top floor/rooftop, slept comfortably and of course loved the kitchen! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!
