The location, the variety of pools, quiet in the evening, the alleys, staff is polite, spacious, music not loud, very kids friendly and fit for families. The food was ok, for dinner it varied a lot. The sea is wonderful for children and elder people.
Cleanliness in the room, smell in the bathroom, cleanliness in the bathroom and shower, broken soap device. Food selection is ok, quality can be better.

The pools where great!
There was zero entertainment, not even a mini-disco for kids... After 9pm when the restaurant closed there was nothing to do. Just looking at the sea and the pools. No entertainment for adults not even at the beach bar. No music, no artists to sing and/or dance not even one night. So absolutely nothing in terms of entertainment. Also the restaurant feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Staff looks tired, in a hurry, no smiles, they just want you to finish eating to clean the tables... not a good vibe...
