Camera pulita, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La modalità di self check-in è stata facile e comoda, e la persona di contatto si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e disponibile.La colazione era ben apparecchiata e curata nei dettagli. Chic, spacious. Room fully equipped, very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.
The property was advertised as an apartment. This was a mistranslation as the Italian listing, which the hostess wrote, said camare matrimoniale which is a guesthouse or flatshare with breakfast. There were other guests, a family, and we had no access to the kitchen. To be fair it's not her fault so we agreed with the hostess to stay one night of the three we booked. The next morning I spent an hour arranging the cancellation of the next two nights with customer service. It took that long because the hostess only accepted cancellation of the last night despite our agreement because check-out was at 10am, and it was the 11am. Ridiculously bad form, so our argument got to shouting and she backed down. Booking has now updated the category to guesthouse in English.
