We had such a lovely experience that we want to keep coming back!
From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were amazed by the proximity of the beach, the sunbeds facing the coast and the little terrace.
The home is small, but has everything you might need - from kitchen utensils to beach towels and cd player!
Waking up running straight to the water to getting to sleep by the sound of the waves, this is a very highly recommended home experience.

The location of this little house is splendid, the Mediterranean Sea lapping right on the back porch on a quiet stretch of the beach. Even though you share the beach deck chairs with the guests staying at the Agia Marina appartments behind (or in front of, depending on your POV) the cabin, there is room enough for all.
Well.. the house is furnished cheaply, and facilities are minimal. Everything is just rinkydink, Temu quality. The kitchen consists of a dual hot plate, there is only a Greek type of coffee maker, there is no dish washer (which we can really do without, but it was listed). The mattress is a disaster; it feels like you are sleeping directly on the coil sping base. There are no pillows for the terrace chairs or the deck chairs, and they become quite uncomfortable after half an hour.
To be fair: there is a microwave, a grill/toaster oven, and the hostess we contacted kindly and immediately supplied a filter coffee machine.
It is just a pity that this lovely, lovely spot is furnished so poorly, especially considering that the adjacent appartments of the same owner look nicely furnished (with boxspring beds, for example!). A general overhaul of the interior with higher quality materials and furnishings would do wonders for this place, but I would start with at least a mattress topper.
Lastly, a sad circumstance that does not contribute to the ambiance: the neighbor a few doors down kept four dogs in a tin roofed cage in his back yard, right on the same beach. This was both sad as well as disturbing as the dogs (understandably stressed) continue to make a racket.
