Good location for anyone with a car to get around but parking is limited. The room was as expected for the price and it had plenty of bathroom facilities. Very much a traditional old Welsh pub which was quaint and had limited bar space but friendly staff and locals.

It’s nothing to do with the establishment but presumably the guests- the bathroom was left unclean once it had been used with lots of small curly black hairs left in the shower and the bath mat left in a soaked heap. They also need a new kettle in the room as it was scaly.

Short drive to Betws-y-coed

Very cold, maybe bad time of year to have stayed there. Radiator was set to be on at certain times only but wasn’t enough to warm the room.
