Worst experience at Bruton Resorts

Location of the resort was excellent.

There was no maintenance in the resort completely unclean rooms and lobby. Towels had smell and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Only 1 attendant was there who was trying his best but had a very difficult time attending so many guests. The breakfast was disappointing and no options for foods were provided. It was very difficult staying there with children. Complete wastage of money nothing was good here except the location.

Only location is great, do not expect much from the facilities at the resort.

Food was not ready on time. Looks like inexperienced staff. No daily room cleaning. Lacks cleanliness. The bed sheet and pillows looked like a used one.

Verygood teamwork by all staff. Overall feel was excellent. Wish to visit again.

Excellent hospitality and beautiful location.

The garden lacks in collection of colourful 💐 plants & cactus 🌵......need to be improved. Not to be taken as dislike but the family photos will be enchanting with above add on. .

All over it was a great stay. Location is good.Staffs are very friendly.

Nice ,peaceful old world type cottage resort with good food

Breakfast was yummy. Very tasty. Location is bang near the lake and city centre. But thankfully the noise didn’t affect the property. The staff is very friendly (mr Sundar,Mr Pandi,Saravanan ,Sethupathi). They cook excellent and also are very friendly

The rooms could be better maintained . The door handle is faulty, beds are pretty old, bathroom tap was loose at the base and rotating. For the price it could have been better maintained. I found out that the price i got at booking.Com turned out to be 2 k costlier.

Superb

Location. Very near to the lake. Staff were very hospitable. rations were neat and tidy.

No UPS. During power cuts (2-3 min) it was pitch black.

Very good

The location of the resort. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The environment of the resort was superb. Neat and clean House keeping was good.

The property inside the room is not maintained properly. Broken and not working.

Good Location and somewhat ok service.

The location was really good and its nearby the lake and bus stand.

Rooms were painted newly so were wet and with paint stench. Service was a little slow.

Good place to stay that could be a bit better

The staff are the best. Breakfast is good and the location is very near to the lake. Resort garden is well maintained. It's a remodeled old building that is sufficient for families.

The initial room given to us was untidy and had water leakage issues. On complaining, we got moved to a better room but this unnecessary confusion could've been avoided. Taps are a bit slow. In general cleanliness could be better.

Very good

The room was so comfortable and leisure. The campus is really good to spend with kids safely. Staffs were very kind enough to serve you at your best. Located nearby Kodai Lake, hence more convenient to go around.

Nothing to comment except a small concern. If you could check once the bathroom pipe water flow.

Will recommend to others for a nice stay

. The surroundings. Where the resort is staying is wonderful.. Staff were extremely good. Only the negative thing is that I booked a bigger room with a dining room. But I got a room with bed only and there is no fan in the room

nice view and maintained well

Lack of basic amenities. 1) breakfast was complimentary could have served variety. 2) stayed for three days, bath towels were not replaced even after asking. 3) it was raining we asked for an umbrella which was denied
