立地がよかった。徒歩圏内に色々なお店があって食事に困らなかった。
掃除が甘く、ホコリがかぶっている所があったのでグループの中の数人が鼻水や目のかゆみがでた。

Location and space. Also the washing machine is great and the dryer inside the bathroom was amazing .
It would be bad if we had to walk up the stairs but they did help to put us on 1st floor so no complains

清潔感があって、広々としていて過ごしやすかった。洗濯できたのが良かった。
チェックイン等が、慣れてない人には難しいかもしれない。駐車場がもう少し広いと良い。
お風呂に椅子が欲しい。お風呂に手すりもあるといい。

Location was close to the station
Cleanest - dust was visual and apparently there were missed cleaning in certain area. I found a dead bug/mosquito on the desk.
Noise - although they had rules to be quiet but other guests didn’t care. The wall blocked majority of their conversations but there were kids/persons next door kept on producing a lot of banging noise next to us resulted in jumping and running non stop until pass midnight. My room is constantly shaking.
Mattress - made squeaky noises and aged.
Security - they placed the check in device right at the automatically door. I witnessed guests who were signing in just left the door wide open.
Tablet to reach staff - when I arrived it was hung. I had to rebooted a number of times until finally able to show the front screen. And it wasn’t working well. Hotel staff was unable to hear me when I called. So they asked me to use the chat. But the touch screen keyboard wasn’t fully functioning, some keys were not responding.
