Loved the location which is in the downtown core very close to the train/bus station. Staff were very helpful. They kept our belongings in the back prior to the official check in. When we arrived in the evening from day tripping they had already placed our bags in the room.
The room decor was a little dated and could use a refresh, however we were very comfortable there.

Je remercie chaudement le personnel qui a été très agréable. La chambre était modeste mais propre, et conforme à mon attente.
On entendait beaucoup la rue (malheureusement, soirée de beuverie).

フロントが２階でエレベーターのない大きな階段でした。
今回は、小さめのスーツケースでしたが重くて大変でした。
大きなスーツケースの方が、現地に行って初めてわかったらとても困ると思います・・・。
もしかして、申込みのどこかに記載があったかもしれませんが、
これはとても目立つように書いていただく必要があると思います。
また、後付けでもエレベーターをつけられたら、駅からはまあ近いし、繁華街は近いし、お値段なりということで、旅行の方にはとても助かるのではないかと思いました。
