La struttura, bella anche se leggermente datata, si trova in una posizione unica con vista meravigliosa. Personale generalmente gentile, servizi appropriati (es. parcheggio privato e navetta), cucina di ottimo livello, SPA piccola ma interessante, massaggi ben eseguiti.
Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la piscina fosse aperta anche a ospiti esterni, spesso caciaroni: questo ha IMPOVERITO MOLTISSIMO l'esclusività della struttura a discapito degli ospiti come noi paganti il soggiorno. Il personale in sala talvolta non è stato all'altezza della raffinatezza del posto. Il bagno della junior suite era cieco e senza aspiratore funzionante; la nostra prima camera aveva sportelli del guardaroba che non si aprivano e ci è stata subito cambiata. In ultimo un'osservazione sui prezzi del ristorante Incanto (ripeto ottima cucina, ci siamo stati entrambe le sere): a mio avviso eccessivamente alti es. piccolo piatto di vaporata di mare € 44, oppure un'orata fresca intera € 125. Capisco l'esclusività ma non l'eccesso.
