Very friendly staff, perfect room. Only stayed for one night, because of travels, but couldn't have picked anything better.

The soap holders both over the sink and in the shower very completely missing and so was the soap and shower gel. I provided my feedback at checkout. The lady at the reception was nice and funny at the same time. On my feedback she replied: "Thank you, let's what we can do, how we can fix." :-)
