The place was super clean and spacious.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The location is also good, it is at 5min walk from the centre (there is a small uphill to get to the property, which can be hard for people with reduced mobility or many and heavy suitcases).
Michael was super nice, helpful and replied to our requests right away.
The place needs a bit of decoration. It looked old and it lacks natural light.
There were no window panes in 2 of the 3 windows and we could hear all noises from the other guests and neighbours, which was very disturbing for sleeping.

Muy buena ubicacion a metros de la zona mas comercial de la isla, el departamento tiene un ventanal hermoso super luminoso que hasta se puede ver el mar. Hermoso detalle tuvo la anfitriona al dejarnos cafe, te y galletitas. Lo mismo habia jabon y dispositivo para usar como bidet. El departamento esta muy bien cuidado y esta en un complejo de varios departamentos. La anfitriona contestaba los mensajes casi instantaneamente, nos hizo sentir muy comodos.
Si bien la ubicacion era cercana, para llegar al departamento habia que subir unas escaleras. La cama tenia un mecanismo de subirla y bajarla para empotrarla en la pared lo cual no era bastante comodo. Las cortinas de la sala de estar y cocina no cubrian completamente el sol por lo que a la mañana temprano era un poco molesta la luz. Tuvimos un corte programado de luz (una parte de la isla lo tuvo) si bien no fue muy largo, no nos habian avisado del mismo, nos enteramos al contactar a la anfitriona, por suerte no teniamos muchas cosas en el refrigerador que se pudiesen arruinar.

Ubicación excelente, muy bien indicado cómo llegar, me sentí segura e el alojamiento y en el barrio, toda la isla es muy tranquila. Sandra te responde de inmediato y es muy atenta. La cama muy cómoda. Hay todo lo necesario para cocinar, incluso cafetera y sandwichera! Muy cerquita del centro!
Es una zona con los vecinos cerquita asi que no es de esperar silencio total, para tener en cuenta! El lavatorio de manos del baño es un poco incómodo y podría mejorarse esa instalación. Pero todo funciona asi que son detalles.

Quite on the old side, all photos are surexposed compared to reality so you ve got the feeling that it is newer.
Appliances , mattresses all is quits outdated and old.
It is located in a court shared with people who live there.
There is an uphill walk to reach it so if you have mobility issues be aware of it
