I loved the fact we were staying in such an old pub in the most quaintest fishing village I have ever seen !

The pillows on the bed were wafer thin and provided no support at all. The bed itself seemed rather small,but I guess it had to be because of the room size.

A little proper old school pub right in the middle of Kingsand. just steps from the beach, a deli opposite, other pubs cafes and beaches nearby. Friendly and busy.

bath towels were a bit small! one size up would be great. Might bring my own next time.

Breakfast was ok. Little choice of cereal and no fruit or pastries Sausages were poor and some items were either over cooked or raw ie tomatoes.Dinner was very good and staff were pleasant.

As above. Place seems tired and needs a good clean. Entrance is dirty and carpet upstairs is as well.Linen not great and towels too small.Took a while to book in and Landlord was ok but not too friendly.Curtains were awful and let in the light from outside. Really need blinds.
