Great location
Nice owner
Room was small, cold, with no ability to control heat on cold days - no thermostat
Refrigerator froze items on first day (owner did reset it to work when asked)
One small table was very wobbly - could only put a few small items on it. Nowhere else to place items except on shoe rack, which was bent
Two lights over bathroom sink both went out, leaving only small overhead light, on last full day there
