Situated in Grand Haven, this lovely house for $452 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You'll love this beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home within walking distance to Brucker Beach. Every detail of this home is well-appointed, from the decor to the layout. **We do accept pets! Limit one pet 50 lbs or less.** Brucker Beach: This beautiful home is uniquely laid out with bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. Find a private room with a Queen sized bed as well as another bedroom with two twin beds just outside the main full bath with a tiled shower. A pass-through bedroom with a twin and trundle is separated by a sliding barn door to the master bedroom with a King bed and sitting area. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the main hallway outside the full bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and a sitting room. Surrounded by tall windows, you will love the view of Lake Michigan and the privacy provided by the surrounding woods. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, an island with 3 bar stools, and open to the dining area. The living room has a large overstuffed couch for maximum relaxation. Enjoy the view from the sitting room, fully surrounded by windows and a sliding glass door with access to the second story deck. Just a quick walk down the quiet street you will meet a dead-end into Lake Michigan and the beach access point is known as Brucker Beach. Spend the day on the water, walking up and down the shoreline and soaking in the sunshine. Finish your evening on the deck, watching the sunset and enjoying the gas grill to prepare your dinner. Parking: The garage allows for parking of two cars, plus additional spots in the drive. This property sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Bedroom #1: Queen Bed on the main floor Bedroom #2: Two Twin Beds on the main floor Bedroom #3: Twin Bed and Trundle with sliding barn door connected to Master Bed Bedroom #4: Master Bedroom with King Bed The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard drip coffee pot is provided. The kitchen island has three bar stools, the kitchen table will seat six and there is another table in the sitting room that will seat four. Located in the township of Grand Haven, enjoy the quietness of not being right downtown, but still only a 5-minute drive to the downtown area. Enjoy your very own beach or drive to the Grand Haven State Park and spend a day on the big beach, close to the lighthouse, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Grand Haven has plenty to do with mini-golf, marinas, splash pads, parks, and of course ice cream! We had a great time.

We had a great time at Brucker Beach. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The highlight, of course, was being steps away from Lake Michigan and being able to swim and play in the sand whenever we wanted to. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, and there were lots of games for kids.
The first night, we discovered that the master bed had sand in it, indicating it was either not changed or properly laundered. We were also short two towels. That being said, the management company came out the next morning with fresh sheets and towels, so no big problem, and the service was appreciated.
Two small notes for people looking at the VRBO listing:
First, the photos do not clearly show that the room with the daybed is attached to the master bedroom. In other words, you have to walk through it to get to the master. Keep that in mind for how bedtimes work out, because you may be walking through a room someone is sleeping in.
Second, it is worth highlighting that there are "only" 1.5 baths. When you have 7 people in the lake and on sand, the shower is in high demand, and only having one shower causes some issues if you don't plan ahead. We worked this out fine, but you do have to keep that in mind if you have a big group.

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend vacation here. The house is a short walk away from a beautiful beach, which was perfect for us! Loved that you can see the lake and sunsets from the balcony. Would stay here again :)

Nice house. Love the location and privacy. Beach is nice and private. But incline is like walking the dunes. House needs to be cleaned better! Plenty of bedrooms for a family. Loved that we could bring our fur baby

House was nice. Close to the beach. Would be nice if there was a patio table and chairs. The two Adirondack chairs are nice but two low two watch the lake. It was nice that a ladder was in the garage it made it easy to load the roof top carrier. Nice place over all.

Amazing location next to the beach and gorgeous interiors. Beautiful sunsets over the water that you can watch from the porch while you grill. The beach itself is very nice, clean, and never got too crowded. We brought a kayak and paddled to rosey mound dunes less than 2 miles south.

We were looking for a meticulous vacation property with a quiet beach in close proximity and a few minutes from downtown Grand Haven, and this property provided exactly that. The house's interior was extremely clean and it was well stocked. The main living space was on the second floor and the open layout and myriad of windows made for lovely views of Lake Michigan. The beach access point was literally steps from the yard and Grand Haven was just a 5 minute drive from the house. Many thanks to the property management company for their courteous (and helpful) communication. They were wonderful!! We would love to return next year!

The house was very nice inside with plenty of space. Upper floor deck overlooks Lake Michigan and is perfect for viewing the sunset. Located right at the end of the street there is a path down to the beach. The hike up and down this sand path was not very easy, especially with chairs and coolers. King and queen bed were just ok as far as comfort. The twin beds were terrible, one couple had to sleep on the couch due to these being so uncomfortable. I would suggest putting another queen size bed in that room which is more comfortable for adults. We did find they the outside deck didn’t have very much room and was hard to fit all 6 of us on. I would have really loved to have a bon fire pit outside that we could all have gathered at for the evenings. Overall the place worked out well for our stay and would definitely recommend for small family getaways to Grand Haven.

The property was as advertised. Clean, nicely updated, very close walking distance to Lake Michigan. We enjoyed morning coffee out on the deck looking at the lake in the distance, as well as watching the sun set each evening with a glass of wine. Great place for families with kids, as the area of beach front is away from the crowds. We only saw local property owners and their families. Grocery is close by, as are restaurants. Truly enjoyed our getaway!

This beach bungalow was incredible! The inside of home was gorgeous, so well decorated, and as clean as could be. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and the sunset from the deck cannot be beat. Has everything you could want for a stay all year long and I’m already planning another stay for next year.
