We needed somewhere handy for Blenheim as some of us were doing a charity hike. The house was big enough, well equipped and comfortable with good beds. As it is mainly used by contractors it is good as a base if you are out and about.
House is a bit tired now especially kitchen. There was a dirty pan in the oven and some of crockery was also grimy, but there were enough to not have to use them so we put in dishwasher with ours. TV was a problem but was quickly sorted after a phone call.

Great location, Spacious property with good facilities.
Only 10 minutes drive from The Farmers Dog pub.
Outside seating wasn't set up despite the weather.
No window keys to allow conservatory windows to be open so was too hot to sit in.
Lacking storage space for clothes such as wardrobes.

We liked the generous size of the house, with four bedrooms, conservatory and garden, plus parking. Comfortable beds.
The kitchen was a bit dated. No welcome hamper. Cigarette butts around the back door and I did have to clean a stain on the conservatory floor.

Good host communication.
Location in a quiet estate, close to the Farmer's Dog.
Very clean.
Expected things like Shampoo or Shower Gel.
The absolute basic necessities and nothing more provided. We were really only using it for sleep and nothing else so it didn't really matter for us.
