We found the location to be 10 on 10. The 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped to meet all the needs for a long 10 day

Should have known better.

Loved the location, numbers of the rooms for the big family, bright sun light through the window, spacious living room and table, excellent decor of the living room, roomy master bedroom, spacious closet with lots of hangers which were extremely useful :)), responsive host yet only partially useful since many technical problems we faced such as no electricity, no elevator working, no hot water- were addressed to be fixed but had to wait at least a working day to get them fixed.

TWO toilet paper rolls and No water for five nights, three bedroom. You only get to find out after the check in that 77 pounds per ONE day cleaning (which is extra clean, and adds Two additional toilet papers). It is confusing to get into the room first time because the instructions are not informative (should include picture), and you only receive on the arrival so you cannot ask about them beforehand, meaning frustrating check-in. The smallest room in the three bedroom's window has crack so the cold air gets in, leaving you soar throat- should be mindful about this in the colder season. Now unacceptable problems, the entire electricity was out, meaning no hot water, no light, no fridge that made our food go bad for a day for the entire family. We were led to use ONE other bathroom in another flat with our own towels before the fix, but we had to face the bathroom's uncleaned toilet there. The last day we had to leave early at 5 in the morning, the elevator does not work. From level 4, we had to drag five heavy luggages down the stairs, of course the host not responding in the morning. The electrician could not fix before our checkout time, so the last person leaving at the normal check out time, also had to move the luggage through the stairs. (I can't imagine how stressful it would be for check-in people on that day. The delay also caused uber wait- which costed us extra money. By the way, this building while has the elevator, there are 20 stairs from the main door up to the elevator, so PLEASE be advised in advance since nowhere mentions this- before choosing your property. Just wished I knew some of these beforehand that would saved so much hassle for the family trip I had to lead for my family including my parents and a 8 year old kid. If these problems occurred for my single day for a good price, I would accept in exchange for the price. But for a big room long stay, I had to face every single problem you can think of in apartment.

The cleanliness level of the apartment is absolutely abysmal for a property that costs this much.

Location

The apartment was not as advertised. It was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived: there were leftover items from the previous guests and a lot of mould in the sink. Several things didn't work, including some of the lights, and basic items like scissors were missing. There also was no soap in the bathroom. The headboard on one bed was falling off and there was a hole in the wall behind it. Overall the place was very worn and old compared to the listing. We asked for the cleaner to come on the 2nd day while we were out. Instead she was sent immediately (day of arrival) while one of us was still there, so we asked her to come back the next day as requested. She never came back, and when we raised it we were told she couldn't come because she'd been told not to once already which makes no sense. We were there for 5 days and got no cleaning because of this absurd reasoning. On checkout day we were told we could leave our luggage with them and we wanted to do so for about an hour and a half, which the property says it offers. The host stopped replying for several hours and only got back to us after we'd already left, so we couldn't use it. The cleanliness level of the apartment is absolutely abysmal for a property that costs this much, the smell in the building is awful, and the customer support failed when they could have made amends on several fronts.

Amazing location. Hosts were fab and easy to message. Lovely flat. Great size too. Very safe area. Would highly recommend.

There were no glasses to drink from and some furnishings needed a little clean/ revamp but overall well worth the money. Floor needed a mop too.
