Location and affordability.
There were air fresheners that were very strong smelling in both the common area and the room.

The hospitality is excellent. Always accommodating. Complete stuff from toiletries to slippers. Very clean room and restroom. You get to rest well after a day of enjoying. You feel relaxed during your stay. And no hassle with the check-in and out process. Tina is always responsive. She always go beyond, great customer service! It is a quiet area. No problem with transportation, you can take the bus or book a taxi. Very accessible. This time I took the bus. Walking to the bus stop is fulfilling. Will definitely book again.

The common area was very nice and comfortable. Considering it is such a small place, it is also very private.
Having to take my shoes off outside-there was dirt and Little Rock’s where you did this, so you still tracked in debris. I fell down trying to do it. I also didn’t like the bathroom. There were 2 steps up to the toilet and the tub. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere as I need a cane to walk. This is not a place for a disabled person!
