Superb

The room was perfect it had a king size bed. It was very clean.

It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown charlottetown. I thought it was closer my mistake.

Pleasant property more like a B&B but with little contact to staff or property owner.

Quiet location in residential area. Easy access to main traffic arteries. Friendly staff, shared kitchen with continental breakfast available. Laundry room access and free.

Rooms are quite small, shared bathrooms.

I would say an Average Stay.

I liked they have laundry on site as it was very helpful because I was on a long road trip. Check in and check out was cool as proper instructions were sent

Parking was a little problem as there was less parking spots and more rooms and one of the room guests even shouted at us for no fault of ours regards to parking.. and the toilet was not very clean.. There were instructions to remove our foot wear outside the main entrance and use house slippers which I found very weird and uncomfortable.

Location was good, it was clean, fairly quiet, yard was well kept, contactless sign in is a nice touch, small fridge in room was good

Only 2 of 8 light bulbs in bathroom were working, floor tiles in bathroom broken and many were not (grouted) set. The tried to hide this with a small rug. No power to room on arrival, bed not very comfortable, no A/C made room almost unbearable, floor boards outside door creaked so if someone walked by we could hear it. 10 days at location with no fresh towels, no regular channels on TV just Apps

RUN - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

The host accommodated us with contacting another guest the next day to switch rooms. I was very specific in the request for two beds, but that request was not met so the host had to ask another guest to switch rooms.

The room was very tiny, the beds were so uncomfortable, the place was not clean. Absolutely everything about this place was cheap - the beds, the linen, the towels. The 2nd room beds were worse than the first room. There was a queen bed and a futon bed - the futon bed was described as a sofa bed - it was not a sofa bed, rather a futon bed where you could only sleep uncomfortably on one side. There were 2 wall lights - one worked. There were 6 lightbulbs above the bathroom sink, 3 were missing, two were broken - one worked. There were broken tiles in the bathroom covered with a rug. The bathmat was not washable so germs were in abundance. You had to park your car up the hill. It was extremely hard to find the place. The cost - $198.00 CAD/night was crazy expensive for the cheap - less than dollar store accommodations. The rooms should be no more than $50.00/night. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after 2. When asked if there was anything the host could do to help, I responded, yes, reimburse me for the 3rd night - she responded that she could not do that. Truly, this place is a money grab.

Better breakfast would give a higher rating.

The facilities were good, quiet, and the possibility of being able to do laundry was a god send.

Breakfast was awful. You could pay $5 to make your own or $20 to have it nade for you. Make your own was a few slices of white sliced bread, ajarof peanut butter in fridge, a jar of dubious jam, and a jar of cheese whiz. You could make your own eggs, but frankly, at that point it was a non-starter. Too bad, as the facilities were quite nice.

This was the most disappointing part of our Island experience. Don’t book here

The confirmation form we were asked to fill out was not only confusing but asked for non-pertinent personal info such as sex and age. Our initial impression of the property was the yard was overgrown. We were assigned a room with a bathroom across the hall and not adjoined. There were 2 steps in the bathroom, just a little awkward. Holes in the bathroom wall were questionable. The double sized bed was creaky and uncomfortable. While a coffee maker was supplied, even with the provided extension cord we couldn’t find a plug that was close enough to reach. We booked as a Bed and Breakfast. No breakfast was provided.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice and cosy room. We stayed there for two nights. Instructions received from the owner were clear. We needed their assistance with opening the door to a room. And they were prompt to respond and help. Overall, great stay.

overall, it was a good stay. the only issue that came up was when somebody blasted a loud music around midnight.

We couldn't wait to leave.

. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were not.

Difficult access to property - snow had not been removed in parking area. Onerous and confusing on-line check in. Poor or no instructions re getting room key and operating heating. Cooking smells from common kitchen. Thin walls and noisy guests resulted in no sleep, We could not reach anyone to report lack of Wifi and TV. Our car was parked in by other guests.

good beds and quite confortable rooms. Beeing there during the hurricane we where very happy that we could cook without electricity using a gas barbecue on the terrace ! This was a top point of this property.

Left a day early due to hurricane Fiona but was refused any refund.

Did'nt eat there. Our bed was comfortable but from talking with other guests we were the lucky ones. Seemed to have the best room.

The advertising for this location was very misleading. The room beside us was very small and only had one small window high up and poor ventilation. In the case of a fire could easily have been trapped. If your going to book it be sure to get the rose room.

Location was good. Parking available.

We booked two rooms, our booking confirmation for double and twin rooms stated feature of sofa, stovetop and hot tub in one room and for the second room, dining area, and hot tub and kitchenware. Our rooms were only beds, tv, night table and private bathrooms. As well , we did not have a feeling of comfort and cleanliness. The towels were cheap and worn. The bedding was a mismatched set of poor quality. When staying at any shared accommodation, it would be preferable to have. Rips white bedding that would show cleanliness. Pillows can be replaced. Towel bar not secured, shower faucet handle fell off into tub and could have broke my toe. Kitchen washing clothes was multiuse and not sanitary. I did not feel that Covid regulations were followed. Bathroom fixtures all loose the shower handle fell off into the tub and hurt my toe.

This accommodation did not suit us at all, as the descriptions on booking.com do not correspond to reality. We booked here for four days. The rooms are in the basement of a residential building and most of the rooms offered are very simple. We had rented two rooms and they were extremely small and furnished with substandard furniture. There was no storage space at all, no wardrobe or anything like that. There was no door between the very small bathroom and the bedroom. There was a small fridge in the room but it was very noisy. The mattress on the simple metal bed was very thin. The bed linen was cheap polyester. There was no cleaning service of the room. The shared kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. There was hardly any cooking utensils or plates, etc. The price was very high for this accommodation due to the high season but the services were very poor. The owner still claimed that we had booked these two bad rooms directly via booking.com and that we could have booked better rooms via their own website. The landlords initially offered a price reduction but then did not pay it because we had booked via booking.com. Booking.com couldn't help us in this case. This was unfortunately a disappointing experience and it was by far the worst accommodation during our trip to Canada.

While I enjoyed your accommodations the only problem I had was with getting the $50 damage deposit when leaving but was told that it would be sent by email transfer.No fault of theirs I didn't get the info sent and am putting my email address here for this and also because when the dates of June 20-22 where booked mistakenly I could do nothing to unstop the booking through the Booking.com avenues with the hotel on pownal added to that it can empty a person's wallet quickly with no satisfaction since early June is also to long to be ignored. Truly excellent !!

Cleanliness, being able to have access to the kitchen. Having our own small fridge and coffee maker. Very nice and safe neighborhood

Our bed was good quality but was encased in plastic which made it very hot. But it was just only a very minor inconvenience.

Fully kitchen and washroom. The location was perfect and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Loved how contactless it was during covid， the guide is very clear. The parking lots were sufficient all days we stayed. Great stay overall!

I had a great holiday in Lily's garden! I like here very much. The location is excellent, close to everywhere. Short 2min walk to lovely public park and beach. Great neighborhood, beautiful、safe, quiet. The decoration of the property is very fashionable, beautiful, and tasteful. Also well maintained and fully furnished. I can free use of the kitchen and laundry which is more convenient than staying in a hotel. The breakfast is only $5, but it's varieties. Self-check-in, but it's easy to do. The owner is very attentive and organizes very detailed help documents. If have anything, I can reach out to the staff here at any time. They are all willing to help me. I think they take a lot of care with the property and guests, and want to do their best. In short, I am very happy! I will stay here again if I have the chance, and I would like to recommend it to others.

lovely, clean, and economical. a nice little bnb!

very cute, quiet, and clean! i slept well and felt very safe. my room and bath were very private. the private bath was across the hall, but easy to get to. the house is close to town, and I biked it. biking turned out to be a little far, so unless you like a lot of exercise I would recommend a car. but the facilities were very clean and Lily clearly takes a lot of care with the property. i had a nice stay!

Laundry facility and fast WiFi.

House doesn't look like one on the picture. It doesn't have Lilly's House name displayed and it was difficult to find. Entrance is at the back of the house and it was difficult to carry our suitcases from the car. This is not a hotel, this is B&B, but without a breakfast. It has 5 bedrooms, shared living room and shared kitchen. There was TV in the room, but it was useless, without access to the cable channels.
