I enjoyed breakfast every day around 8:30 am. The gentleman would bring it to me with an excellent hot expresso, a very tasty croissant, and a fruit juice that changed daily. One day I slept in and my plate was covered so nicely with a paper cloth.
The air conditioning was nice and cool.
House was in a great neighborhood. I will plan someday to go back to Brindisi and I will hopefully be able to stay there.
The fan was a little loud but it worked well.

Rocky start , as ai did not read instructions, sent via whatsup, so I could not get in. after we solved this issue: all good. Parking very close on street, full privacy, breakfast should have been a bot bigger than croissant +coffee+ juice. bathroom: a bit tiny for bigger person (dudes over 120 kg: do not even try to fit to shower!). Host was friendly, though!

-Very friendly host, my flight was delayed and host stayed late to check me in.
-The property is extremely clean despite despite being a low cost hotel.
-Very close to the airport.
Just like most hotels in Italy, there isn't a power adapter for North American AC sockets. Host may want to consider supplying a solution.

Breakfast was poor, not fresh and pretty much inedible
No aircon, electricity problems, not very clean, no water filters in machines, old cleaning sponge.
