* Excellent location, close to the train and bus stations, as well as the port.
* A shopping promenade with cafés and shops is right nearby.
* Daily cleaning, rubbish removal and complimentary bottled water.
* Breakfast voucher at a nearby café: 1 coffee/cappuccino + 1 croissant per person.
• Communication was rather slow, and we were not given any information about the breakfast upon arrival.
• The room, especially the bathroom and shower, was very small.
• The inside of the shower frame had significant buildup and was difficult to clean; the bathroom is in need of renovation.

Very good location, close to the port and train station. Right next to the entrance, there is a gelateria with delicious and affordable ice cream. The property was quiet, and the host was very responsive and friendly. Daily cleaning was provided.
The fridge wasn’t working, and there was no hot water on our last night.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and an excellent location right on the walking street. It was very convenient to walk into the city center or to the nearby harbor.
The bathroom had a very bad smell that spread outside the bathroom area. The shower drain was also clogged, causing water to drain very slowly and making it uncomfortable while showering.
