We had a wonderful stay at Palacina The Residence & Suites. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and comfortable. A special mention to Hasan at reception, who was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The residence was spacious, clean and comfortable, and it was a great choice for our family. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and homely.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Palacina The Residence & Suites to families, friends and anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality, breakfast, location and overall experience were all excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Full size pool. Quiet.
Service levels have declined over my last 10 stays. Room was no readied properly, full of mosquitos with net not in place over bed. Air con broken on first night with maintenance not available until next day. House keeping and reception both accidentally woke me up in the morning early. Etc.
