Staff was warm and friendly and was fluent in english which went a long way in making us feel welcome. The location was great, with Haeli Art Village and Provence park literally a minute's drive from the hotel. The room had a bathtub with a built in small jacuzzi which was novel and fun. The fixtures in the room were a little dated but the wide screen TV's picture and sound quality was great and there was free wifi with no password, just had to choose our room number to be connected. All in all a hidden gem of a place where the room rates were very affordable.
