Ubicación muy buena, al lado del puerto de Palermo y a tan solo 5-10 minutos caminando del centro. Todo muy limpio y muy buena atención por parte de la anfitriona. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días.
El alojamiento estaba perfecto pero sí que es verdad que se oye bastante ruido de la calle.

The location was really close to the city center. The hosts were very nice and communicative, and Brenda suggested several great places to visit. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the shared kitchen area was well equipped
The neighborhood was quite noisy. The towels had some dark spots and could have been cleaner. The bathroom ventilation turns on automatically with the lights and is quite noisy

Die Lage ist ideal,um das Gefühl zu bekommen,man lebt unter den Einheimischen. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand der Altstadt, alles ist innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen. Trotzdem fühlt sich das Viertel nicht übermäßig touristisch an. Wer sich für den Yachthafen und die Promenade begeistern kann,ist hier ebenfalls richtig.
Wer ein bisschen aufs Budget achtet, wird hier ein gutes Angebot finden.
Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionieren gut.
Es war sauber und das Bett bequem.
Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende in der Situation mit fremden Mitbewohnern nicht wohl gefühlt.
Der Lärmpegel kann vor allem am Wochenende sehr hoch sein.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Kochen fällt flach.
Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und das Abwaschen war eher umständlich.
Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist nicht klimatisiert.
Die Kaffeemaschine ist schwierig zu bedienen und Kaffeepads werden nicht nachgefüllt.
Barzahlung bei Anreise wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert.
Insgesamt macht alles einen eher lieblosen Eindruck.
