Location, in the heart of the old town. Very responsive host - prompt answers to questions.
Not really related to our opinion of the property but we ended up having only the third night there. We were caught up in the air traffic control problems on the day of our flight out to Rhodes. Flight cancelled and couldn't get there until 2 days later. This meant we only had the one night which didn't give a full appreciation of the property. No dislikes of the property though.

Located in Old Town of Rhodes. The courtyard is pleasant for dining or relaxing. Coffee and cream in the room. High ceilings and interesting arches added to the room's ambience.
Quite a walk to and from the ferry although probably as close as anyplace in Old Town.

Location quiet but close to restaurants and shops
Room I stopped in was right above the owners. So rather noisy.
Breakfast nice but you had to order day before! Outside undercover area was full with owners clothes drying so could not sit out.
