This place was a little disappointing. It is functional - very functional - stark - nothing on walls, no atmosphere - which is a great pity considering its fantastic location. It felt more like student accommodation. The second bathroom door was unusable - it kept falling off its guide track. They fixed it once but it immediately broke again. Note that the place is NOT AIR-CONDITIONED - only heating, and it was reaching 33C while we were there (thankfully there was a fan in each bedroom). Since it is an older property the windows are very small, and opening them only allowed the very noisy street to intrude, including the 0600 collection of all the empty bottles from the restaurants which was a rather rude awakening. A little decoration and a more homely feel would go a long way to improve this place. First impressions count, and we felt like we had arrived at a hostel. Have I mentioned the paint peeling off the walls? Needs better maintenance and some investment to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
Stark and dark. Not all lights worked which did not help. Offer a dishwasher but only supply one tablet for you to use when you leave.

понравилось месторасположение, в старой части города, очень красиво, рядом подземная парковка, большой номер, два туалета
незакрывающаяся дверь во втором туалете, нет кондиционера, спали с открытыми окнами. По улицам до поздна гуляют люди, громко кричат, а с утра 5.30 часов начинает ездить транспорт, потом начинают открывать магазины, потом собирают мусор, потом ездят уборочные машины - в этом номере основной минус с открытыми окнами очень шумно, сначала шумят отдыхающие до полуночи, а потом шумят местные и коммунальные службы с 5.30

La posizione centrale, ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto, è da qualsiasi attività commerciale. La stazione ferroviaria dista qualche centinaia di metri.
Entrare in casa e trovarla non riscaldata, frigo spento, pentolame discreto, bicchieri non in vetro ecc ecc. la mancanza di un ferro da stiro. Nel bagno padronale non essendoci una finestra c'è presenza di muffa.

Nice large place in the center of the city.
The accommodation was very hot due to the lack of airconditioning. Additionally, we were traveling with a group of 3 but only 2 beds were made. However, upon contacting the staff we got told we should have informed them before that we needed 3 beds. This was sort of understandable, but then we got completely ignored when we asked for an extra set of sheets.
