It is a basic but comfortable apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms and a small but nice balcony along two sides.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Pricille was a great host. She even helped me carry my suitcase to the second floor because I had had surgery on my wrists.
The only downside was that the shower head could not be hung on the rail. I don't find showering very comfortable when I have to hold the shower head with one hand.
Although I had a fine stay in the apartment, the surroundings disappointed me. Pointe-a-Pitre is run-down, many houses are empty and clearly uninhabitable, there is a lot of trash on the streets, and the streets and sidewalks are not maintained. Shops close early in the evening, and after that, it didn't feel pleasant to go for a walk.
Of course, the host can't do anything about this, but I felt it was important to mention.

ロケーションがとにかく良かった。
どこに行くのにも便利。
スーパーもお土産屋さんもレストランも近くにたくさんありました。
スパイスマーケットも近くにあり、グオッカのライブも見られました。
グアドループは、どこもそうなんですが、ありが多かったです。
