The facility is brand new and conveniently located at 1 minute from train and metro stations. The room is big, quite and comfortable. Staff is lovely and professional.
Kitchen is good quality but little variety of choice.
There's a gym but not a pool nor a little spa (it would be appreciated after a long working day).
Price is very high (probably not for that area)

The location is excellent; it is next to the train station, making the hotel easily accessible to all of Paris. The area is also quite nice, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and good supermarkets.

the location the cleanliness, staff.
we opted for breakfast inclusive package but was denied the breakfast. we were not granted the breakfast as included in the package
