The apartment is in an excellent location and is very well maintained. It’s clean, comfortable, and ideally positioned right in the heart of Berchtesgaden, making it a great base for exploring the town and the surrounding area.
Everything you need is within easy reach, including restaurants, cafés, shops and local attractions. The central location also makes it very convenient for day trips and sightseeing around the Berchtesgaden region.
Overall, the location is definitely one of the apartment’s strongest points, and we really enjoyed being able to stay right in the heart of Berchtesgaden.
For an apartment stay, you expect the basic amenities to be provided. The lack of a washing machine was honestly ridiculous, especially for a five-day stay. We were also only supplied with one set of towels for the entire five days, which was disappointing.
The apartment itself was good, and I would have happily given it 5 stars if these basic things had been taken care of.
The Wi-Fi was another issue. It was flaky and unreliable, so if you need a reliable internet connection for work, I wouldn’t recommend relying on it. It became quite frustrating and painful to use.
With a washing machine, fresh towels and reliable Wi-Fi, this easily could have been a 5-star stay.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Berchtesgaden, sehr sauber und komfortabel, perfekte Ausstattung, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber (die sauberste, die wir jemals gebucht haben). Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig zur Schlafenszeit. Kurze Wege zu Bus und Bahn (freie Fahrt mit Gästekarte).

Location was first class with easy walking access to conveniences, information center and national parks kiosk. Host was brilliant, very helpful to me in providing information to me regarding managing a sports injury.
