Na jednu noc OK.

Klidné místo nad centrem města, hůře dostupné autem. Pohodlné postele, velká terasa.

Neochota personálu připravit lokální snídani, nabídli pouze English breakfast.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr sauber, komfortabler Aufenthalt in Nuwara Eliya. Freundliches, bemühtes Personal.

Es ist nicht viel in fußläufiger Nähe. Um von A nach B zu kommen, evtl. TukTuks in der Unterkunft anfragen.

Clean and comfortable rooms

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and supportive. They offered free of charge breakfast for our Driver also. We are happy to stay there again.

Some rooms are very cold but they have limited heaters.

Gutes Frühstück, wir hatten zu 6 2 Zimmer mit Zwischenzimmer, sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, Driver Accomodation verfügbar

Wir vermutlich alles Hotels in NE Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit, zum Hotel kommt man nur etwas schwierig, unser großer Bus hatte einige Probleme

Had a great family stay! Best value for the money.

Absolutely wonderful staff, owner Unfortunately we had the worst weather conditions during our stay and couldn’t go out much. Upon request they made dinner for us both nights; Selvam went to town to buy all the necessary groceries and made wonderful home style food. Very caring staff.

Access is a little bit difficult if you have a large vehicle, especially in the cols rain with muddy conditions

预定时的房间照片与实际房型不相符，而清洁卫生程度真的令人失望，床单和毛巾上有很多污渍及毛发，觉得没有换过床单和毛巾，入住之后，手臂和身上的皮肤到处过敏，现在都还没好！而且去酒店的路况非常差，不建议前往！

Strongly recommend only if you can arrange the transportation from/to the hotel.

Super friendly staff. They prepared for take out breakfast even early in the morning at 5am. Heating was also provided when we asked.

Location is challenging as it is on the uphill and requires 15min climbing walk if you walk from the city center. Tuktuk is not easily available either due to the poor location.

Pár perc séta a városközponttól, kényelmes, tágas szoba, nyugodt környezet. Reggeli bőséges és finom, vacsorát nem főznek, de lehet rendelni a környékről, ehhez megterítették nekünk csodálatosan az asztalt.

Ontbijt Uitstraling kamer

- ‘S nachts regelmatig wakker geworden door geluiden van binnen en buiten hotel (pratende mensen, dichtslaande deuren, iemand die om 1.00 aanbelt, blaffende hond) - de accommodatie is erg vochtig binnen. Hierdoor zijn ook overal schimmels op de muren. Ons zoontje van 3 lijkt daar nu last van te hebben. - miscommunicatie door gebrekkig Engels waardoor we ‘s ochtends niet met juiste vervoer door konden naar onze volgende accomodatie

Lovely Stay at the hotel. The Staff are very helpful, didnt get his name but was always smiling and trying to look after us, gave us extra tea also! Nice location, around 15 minutes walk to the centre up a steep hill!

Unfortunately the room did smell mouldy.

Nice view from terrace.

Reserve your breakfast in advance. When we checked in it was already too late for next day breakfast. Little bit dirty shower, but when we complained, they gave us new room.

The hotel is very nice, one of the best I stayed over my whole trip in Sri Lanka. It is located uphill but it’s a nice walk. The owner even provided with a heating as it got a bit chilly in the night.

Great choice

Excellent staff, friendly, polite and helpful. Great views from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff provided a portable heater, but the duvets were warm enough.

Something to bear in mind is that you'll need to walk uphill for about 15 min. or a take a tuk-tuk to reach the guesthouse from the town center. There was a little bit of mildew in the bathroom, tho this wasn't much of an issue.

Best Oyo hotel I've stayed in

The rooms were extremely clean, the receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding. It's the best oyo hotel I've stayed in so far.

The lane to delphin is very narrow and made of gravel which can get muddy. You'll need a good driver to get there.

Highly recommend! The best place to stay if you are planning to visit Nuwaraeliya. We stayed for 2 days with family. The room was in pristine condition, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom was brand new and the hot water showers were the best. The view from the room & roof top terrace was excellent. Owner and the staff were extremely helpful friendly, responsible. Specially, the support given by the owner Mr. Dep is excellent. Tasty and healthy food were ordered and served for dinner & breakfast as per our preferences.

Awesome master of the house

Perfectly clean! There is hot water in the room! The room is very cozy! We are not frozen. If anyone is cold, ask for a heater. This is 100% the best place in town after the Grand Hotel !!! 😊

Superb

Great place for a stay in Nuwara Eliya, we got a free room upgrade with beautiful view due to the place being more quiet due to the corona pandemic. Nice owners and very helpful. We were able to order some good takeaway food through the hotel on one of the nights we decided to stay in the room.
