Very friendly staff and owner who helps very much to settle and stay with utmost comfort, checkin was so easy and contactless. Cleanliness and the aesthetics was at next level
There was no breakfast / morning beverage service provided which could be added as I cannot find any decent tea shops nearby

Both owner (senthil) and staff (sai) were very humble and customer friendly. And their services were top notch. Best ever home staty in chennai. Customers can trust them blindly.

Loved the staff - Pradeep. He was very efficient.
Mr. Senthil(the owner) was also very nice and followed up regularly during the stay.
Rooms are clean, hot water is available. All basic facilities are there.
The rooms are separated by plywood. You can hear the person in the next room.
Mosquitoes are an issue overall in Chennai but the rooms can be kept ready in advance by spraying repellant

Rooms, Bed cover, specially sofa was too much dirty. Wash room was too much unhygienic. Basin tap not functioned. Hotel seems to us insecure as no security available.
