Lovely view, well equipped kitchen, quaint property, shower pressure good, nice touchs like milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar in canisters, thoughtful touchs.
loads of work done to property but now needs attention to the basics offered to guests interntally.
Sofa and seats too low, small & uncomfortable, tv needs updating to a smart tv, fridge needs to have more capacity, the interior got warm at one point which was odd, BBQ ran out of gas, it needs updating as rusty, vacuum needs updating as vacuum head broken, needs non slip mat in shower as very slippery.

View from bedroom window and rear garden absolutley fantastic .
Overlooking harbour and whitby town
Shower absolutley fantsstic and bed do comfy and nice and clean . Really lovely place
Sofas and armchair were a little low very difficult to get out of when you were sat in them .
Only other thing parking couldnt always get space .

Lay out of room rather cramped - given ratio of furniture to room space. Would imagine seating 4 at the table might be an interesting logistic! But we were just 2, so not a problem for us. Sofa and seats very comfortable though.
