Location. Couldn't be better
Apartment was generally clean, but carpets were stained and needed a deep clean. Also, lack of WIFI was not ideal. Being advised to use free service at Costa was very poor

The house was really clean and tidy. Towels were kept on each bed. The bathroom and toilet were so clean. Locality was good and convenient. View was good. Hot water facility was good.
Nothing as such. We liked everything but only two concerns were WiFi was not available in the entire complex, we had to use our own internet connection for 3 days. Toiletries were not given. Luckily we got it from our home so not an issue

This is a lovely sized flat in a fantastic location. We couldn't get over how well it was stocked, it had everything you could need. There was even a partial lake view from the balcony. The beds were all really comfortable and it has a full size bath and good shower. Added bonus of parking available as well.
Literally the only thing I'd change is the sofas as they're a bit tired and not as comfy as they could be over than that it's a great base to explore from. Kitchen is small but it's fully functional and we managed easily as a family of four.

The location, the kitchen, blackout curtains, extra bedding.
We were 4 adults and the twin bedroom is not practical: the cupboard door needs to be cut shorter to fully open (less than half can be opened) + to update that cupboard which was useless as not properly utilised, no shelves/place (a tiny one on the wall) to put our clothes and we needed to leave our things in our suitcase all the time under the bed, there are no plug sockets + neither no little lamp on the side or on the wall.
The last 2 people to get a bath had a cold bath as it is not a modern boiler system.
There is no WiFi, the book for guests is poor in information of the town and the area: there is a sentence telling us to go to Costa coffee to get free WiFi. The car park is a first come gets a place and we needed to close the window at night as it was quite loud outside with people socialising.
The flat was in the right area for us but it lacked home comforts: I am glad we only stayed Friday night until Monday morning, staying longer would have become unpleasant for the two adults in the twin room.
