Location is fantastic, under 5 minutes to get to shops and a local beach and a lot less busier than being right in mooloolaba but still close enough to go there when needed. the house was really spacious with a lovely view of the water, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of spaces to relax in. we were able to park all our cars within the gate so everything felt secure. We were given a late check out at 12pm which was really helpful and appreciated from our group. The atmosphere makes it the kind of place you want to hang out in and enjoy meals at rather than constantly going out and spending time elsewhere, which is exactly what we wanted
On the first day the hot water ran out after only a few of us had showered - seemed to be due to the size of the heating system and a few hours later we had hot water again, but was a bit annoying when you are expecting the facilities in a home that can accomodate 12 people to function adequately. Would be great to have photos of all the rooms and areas, there was 2 rooms that werent shown in the property images and as we were a group of 12 staying we were a bit nervous about what the sleeping situation was going to be like due to not having all the images available before hand. I also think that the property should relax a bit with the threat of charging guests... "if you remove the pool cleaner you will be charged" "if you make noise after this time you will be charged and we have a neighbour that will report you" - theres a better way to go about providing house rules without provoking anxiety in people just trying to enjoy their holiday.

The kitchen cabinets and fridge had a really bad smell every time you open them. The cutlery was very dirty. There was no gas outside for the BBQ.
