Great location. Lovely property. Friendly, responsive and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Great mountain view from balcony and proximity to dining, bakeries, shops on the main avenue. Very walkable area.

Um hotel com boas instalações, bom café da manhã, bom estacionamento.

O gatilho da duchinha do sanitário não estava funcionando, dificultando muito o seu uso ...falamos na recepção uma vez, nada foi feito. Falei no outro dia, nada. Escrevi uma carta ao gerente do hotel, deixei na recepção. Nem uma resposta, nem uma manifestação, absolutamente não deu a mínima atenção, nem responder algo, um completo descaso, e até nossa partida, literalmente silêncio, descaso, pouco caso com solicitações dos hóspedes. Parece que não há manutenção, que são incapazes de trocar uma mangueira da duchinha.... lamentável, que põe a perder o que poderia ser uma ótima avaliação do hotel...
