Good location. Very quiet and very clean. We loved the house interior. The bedrooms had enough space for the suitcases, which wasn't the case in other places we stayed on this trip, and the beds were very comfortable. Good A/C. Having a second toilet was nice. Spacious bath and shower area. Having the washer and dryer was great. Would love to stay again.
The shower/bath drainage was too slow to my liking, but the host responded in a timely manner to improve it. A toaster would have been nice.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and nicely maintained, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station.
Overall, a pleasant apartment in a convenient location, though better suited for shorter stays or smaller groups.
The main drawback was the size. The apartment was quite small, and the shared living area felt especially cramped. It wasn’t really possible for four people to sit together comfortably, as there were only floor cushions and no sofa. There was also no TV, which made it difficult to spend time together in the evenings.
The beds were acceptable but not the most comfortable.

The home was immaculate with both modern and traditional features. Close to the train station it was is situated for exploring the Kyoto. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions.
