Great apartment with a fantastic view of the sea! The location is excellent—very close to the jetty and town center, with Grab rides always readily available and a 7-Eleven right down the block. The room was a good size, both washrooms were clean, and having a secure building provided great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and having an on-site washing machine was a major plus.
The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially on days when the real-feel temperature reached 41°C! Having a clean water dispenser with both hot and cold water was also brilliant. A special thanks to the friendly cleaning staff who hurried to get the apartment ready so we didn't have to wait long after arriving early. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
A few minor things could make the stay even better:
Water dispenser & hot drinks: It wasn't obvious that the water dispenser could dispense hot water—a quick instruction note would be helpful. Providing a few complementary tea and coffee sachets would also be a lovely touch, especially for European guests accustomed to hot morning drinks.
Bedroom door: The double bedroom features a vintage-style door which looks nice, but it doesn't offer full privacy, so it might not suit everyone.
Laundry: The washing machine is great, but without a dryer which might work for direct sunlight and you have a balcony but on the 9th floor there is no balcony.

Location
Building is outdated .. common areas are old and dirty - poor maintenance . The apt wasn't properly clean - the kitchen sink and bathroom has stains all over the corners . Utensils need to be changed
