Schönes kleines Appartement in außergewöhnlicher Lage

Philippe war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir konnten schon am Morgen bei der Anreise in die Unterkunft und konnten unser Gepäck bis zur Abreise am Abend abstellen. Das Appartement liegt super in schöner Umgebung. Man kann bequem zu Fuß zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten laufen. Besonders schön ist die Nähe zur rue Mouffetard . Paris vom Besten ❤️ Vielen Dank für alles.

Tesis konum olarak otobüs durağına çok yakın ve istediğiniz heryere çok rahat ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Market direk karsısında bi üst sokakta aradıgınız herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. İmkanları guzeldi. Ev sahıbı aşırı iyi ve çok yardımseverdi. Ev Sıcaklığı ,banyo, temızlık herşey cok ıyıydı.

Koltuk biraz daha rahat ve kullanıslı olabılırdı mınderi düşüyor ara ara:):) Çokta onemı varmı bence yok:)

Good stay for a couple of days

Comfortable bed and shower - host is really nice Apartment has almost everything u need. Location is good ; close to metro line 7 (7min walk) and bus station port royal Many shops around (carrefour, monop, franprix) and coffee shops/ restaurant in Rue Mouffetard.

There is no AC - there's just a small Dyson fan that isnt really enough during hot weather The apartment is on the ground floor with a small garden in the backyard. If u open the windows, mosquitoes will bite you all night long!! And if u close the window, u won't sleep because of the hot weather. + there's a guy who picks up the trash daily at 6 am - so since ur on GF with windows open, u will wake up for sure!! I also recommend installing security bars for the windows When we checked it , the appartment wasnt really clean, we had to call Philippe for help.

all in all excelent location, close to metro and in a very nice area.

little garden, the location and the concept of the apartament. Philippe was great!

you could see the travel of time and lack of renovation. the glasses were all different and the cleaning solutions were diluted

Very comfortable for 9 day stay--excellent host, great location, quiet, ground floor & courtyard.

Great location, bus routes on Rue Bertholet and around the corner, metro 6 blocks away; safe neighborhood and very secure apartment and building; restaurants, shops groceries very near; Latin Quarter is very walkable with many points of interest. We always enjoy having a kitchen--induction cooktop, refrigerator, dish washer were great! Has a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. We would stay there again and recommend.

Could have used a few amenities in the kitchen: glasses, cups, utensils, dish towels, shelving in shower for soap, shampoo, etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at My Nest Inn and exploring the city!

The property itself was lovely. Perfect for a traveling couple. The location was very convenient, as it was close to many forms of public transportation (bus, metro, scooter/bike) as well as it was in close proximity to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Phillipe (owner) was a very nice man and had an abundance of knowledge on Paris and he was very accommodating.

great location, comfortable place, enjoyed our time.

Location was great.

it’s right beside the front door so you hear everyone coming in and out. And it seems to be garbage day every day and that also wakes you up very early.

Superb

Philippe was very responsive. It was wonderful that he met us at the apartment and walked us through everything about the apartment and location. The personal service is uncommon nowadays. We really appreciate it. We love having breakfast in the courtyard.

There was a large closet but not a lot of storage space because it was filled with stuff. There could be a lot more storage space if the closet is more organized.

Great accomodation in Paris (if you don't want to stay in a hotel)

Nice and calm appartement in a great area - Metro and bus stations are close - Supermarket, small shops, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away as well - the garden place is nice - Philipp was very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed our stay, hopefully we are able to come back soon

Nothing - everything was fine! In the future maybe some "renovation" should be done, as some things are not in a perfect condition anymore, like the curtain of the left window or the toaster...

Great stay for our family of 3 in The Nest in Paris.

We stayed for 4 nights. We loved that it was spacious enough for us and our 1 year old baby girl. The apartment had a great shower, with refrigerator and fridge, good living room and it was on a first floor. We walked 10 minutes to the metro station. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Also, there was a laundromat next door. The host was very attentive and friendly, he even talked with us in Spanish. He received us when check-in and came for check-out. He was very responsive by whatsapp. We had 2 luggage lost and he even offered to receive them when delivered, so we could enjoy Paris during the day.

We would recommend a bigger fan during summer months, because it got hot during the night.

A fantastic week spent here in a ground floor apartment of a charming quiet building.

Excellent location near to the Pantheon and the Sorbonne University with many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Having the kitchenette enables some home cooking which was good since we were staying for 8 nights. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again. Special thanks to both Fatima and Philippe.

Superb

Everything was perfect, very cosy place with everything you need. The highlight is the gorgeous garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or a cup of tea. We liked to sit there after a tiring day.

Nothing, many only a bit noisy in the morning (neighbors).

Lovely little nest

A little gem. Situated at the back of the building, was very quiet, overlooking a small courtyard. We had everything we needed for three night stay. Ideal for family with small child/ children. Philippe the owner was very helpful to us. Convenient to Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon.
