High recommendation, the location is perfect, the hotel is clean and the staff is helpful and nice.
We planned to stay at Sucre for just one night but ended in the hotel 4 night due to the roadblocks between Sucre and Potosi/Uyuni.
The owner helped us everyday and we could extend our stay everyday for one night (was very helpful because the informations about the blockades popped up every day, so we need to plan day by day).
During our stay we stayed in three different rooms and every room was clean and cozy.

Brilliant place to stay in the heart of Sucre. Has everything you need and more. Lovely patio, drinking water provided, a laundry service and close to a huge supermarket. Staff were all really friendly, especially Estrella the dog (even for non dog lovers). The best place we have stayed in South America, a very rare ten.
Genuinely can't think of anything.

Big room with a nice patio.
Bed was comfortable.
Host was very nice and you can let your luggage in a locker after check out.

Confortable, very clean, good fully equipped kitchen , hot showers, helpful owner, beautiful pets (dog , birds, terrapin), pretty courtyard garden, comfortable communal areas. Good location- easy walk to everything.
Unable to do washing on showery day. Not a big problem as laundry very close by did it cheaper.
