Disappointed with customers service

Location, modern design, lovely outisde staircase

Lots of dust, someone’s dirty dishes left in dishwasher & NONE tablets provided to run the cycle, dirty soap’s dispenser with a bit of soap left on the bottom, NO tv! Loose cable on the floor, we were told “it should work”. Very poor, delayed answers through the portal which didn’t solve anything. We left a night before. We asked for any “form of compensation” after few days we had an answer: “owner didn’t propose anything”. Very unprofessional, slow in answers customer service.

Very close to city centre in a nice area

The house was full of bad bags that bites us everywhere. We are still full of spots. There are no blinds. Even in winter the rooms are never really dark to slip properly.

Lokalizacja świetna. Klimatyzacja. Winda na czwarte piętro. Cisza od sąsiadów.

Część wyposażenia kuchni w apartamencie 43 np. patelnie, które nie działały na kuchni indukcyjnej. Brak kapsułek do zmywarki. Stół ma wyłamaną nogę co utrudniało korzystanie przez małe dzieci. O rozlewaniu kawy nie wspomnę. Rogówka ma dodatkową funkcję spania tylko w teorii. Uszkodzona płyta części rozkładanej trudna do wyciągnięcia by wysunąć część, oraz zapadająca się więc nie zdatna do spania. Dobrze że mam małe dzieci więc dały radę się wyspać. Dla osób dorosłych rogówka nie zdatna do spania w dwoje.
