Très bon rapport qualité prix mais à éviter l'été.

Proche du centre-ville et d'un supermarché, calme , présence d'une place de stationnement, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Equipement basique mais fonctionnel. L'hôte est performant.

L'annonce indiquait une climatisation. Ce qui n'est pas réellement le cas : présence d'une clim portable forcément inefficace par grande chaleur, aidée tant bien que mal par deux ventilateurs dont un dans la chambre. Certes il faisait 42°C à l'extérieur, mais tout cet équipement était peu utile dans un appartement sous les combles et mal isolé : 31°C dans la salle, 33°C dans la chambre, 35°C dans la salle de bain. Il serait utile d'installer des volets sur les velux, et probablement une vraie climatisation (au moins dans la chambre) dans le cadre des étés de plus en plus chauds. Attention : la serrure de la porte est inversée (ouverture anti-horaire), cela pourrait être annoncé voir modifié facilement.

La literie était bien ainsi côté cuisine tout était bien équipé

La baignoire pas pratique pour prendre une douche ainsi que le miroir beaucoup trop haut que je n'ai pas pu utiliser car je ne pouvais pas me voir dedans à revoir et un logement tout mansardé le peu de temps qu'on passe au logement on se sans trop enfermé
