Liked everything with this property, it was so peaceful and the animals were a huge plus, my kids loved them. So close to so many places and beaches.

Nice having our own space on the farm with the animals surrounding. Easy to get to. Good kitchen.
Shower water was a bit temperamental. The town room smelled a little but that’s to be expected given the farm environment. Only had one roll of toilet paper which ran out

The lane on the way out
Very run down compared to the photos advertised
Host did not meet and greet
No blinds or curtains in the living room area
Sofa smelt like wet dog
Dirty marks on living floor, like a spill which clearly had not been washed from previous stay
Broken windows
Door not sealed (could see outside from the inside when door was closed)
Remote for TV no volume buttons
No back cover on remote (dangerous with young children, batteries easily accessed)
Cobwebs everywhere in each room and dust aswel
Coffee had been previously spilt on kitchen floor and mat covering it
Fridge freezer not turned on for our arrival
Freezer full of water from ice bag
BBQ was a half cut beer keg full of old charcoal and water just over all dirty and ran down
