An amazing three-season room with seating, the perfect area for relaxing after a long day at the beach. LOCATION: OCEANBLOCK! Just steps to the beach and boardwalk. PARKING: Off-street parking for four cars. Do not block the driveway. AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, grill, central AC, and easy check-in with electronic keypad system. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. No pets on the property. There have been dogs on the property. No smoking, and do not block the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
