Located in Rehoboth Beach, this attractive house for $413 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Starlyte Sands! **Please note that a 7-Night (Fri-Fri) minimum is required between May 24-September 2, 2024. There is a 3-night minimum stay for any time outside of that timeframe.** Located just East of Rt 1 in Rehoboth in The Forgotten Mile this well-appointed, three-level, four-bedroom townhome is close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Tanger Outlets is less than 2 miles away, and scores of local restaurants within 5 miles. So many mini-golf courses in that same area that you'll never be able to get to all of them in a week! Funland, with bumper cars, rides, and arcade games is 1.2 miles away. Parking for 3 cars, and 2 Rehoboth Town Parking Permits Included! Note that the permits are only required during the summer season. Staying at Starlyte Sands will be an unforgettable experience. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by a wall of whimsical hooks, setting the mood for a fun stay. The furnishings and decor are personally chosen, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating arrangements and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the local area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and amenities, ideal for whipping up your favorite meals or trying your hand at local recipes. The bedrooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of adventure. The outdoor space gives you the opportunity to enjoy the lovely weather without leaving the house. The property has a deck off of the gathering area, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. There is a patio area off of the first-level master suite at ground-level, as well. First floor contains foyer, garage and one of the master suites with attached bathroom and walk-out patio. Garage is stocked with sand chairs and toys to use while you visit (and a beverage refrigerator!) There is a beach cart to haul your stuff, if you decide to walk to the beach. The second floor is the main living area with a large kitchen w/breakfast area and bar seating overlooking the dining area. There is a large great room and a powder room. The comfortable sectional sofa and wall mounted TV is great for the whole group to gather. The TV stand contains tons of DVDs, games & puzzles, and books to enjoy during your visit. There is also a deck (overlooking green space) on this floor for your leisure. The third floor contains another master suite with attached bathroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and a hall bathroom. There is also a heated pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) exclusively for the 8 units of Scarborough Square! There is enough parking for 3 cars (and garage space for bikes, scooters, etc.). This home backs up to an elementary school with playgrounds, fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for your use (during non-school hours). It’s just a 0.9-mile jaunt to the beach via the Turtle Bridge over Silver Lake. Close to Rt 1 transportation, shopping (tax-free!), and restaurants. The property sleeps up to 12. Overall, staying at Starlyte Sands will make your stay in the area a memorable and enjoyable experience, creating memories that you will cherish for years to come.

The house is very spacious and nicely laid out. The furnishings are nice and quite comfortable.
We enjoyed finding our way to the beach (we had to ask the neighbors) through the park and across the bridge, but it’s quite a bit further than the 5 blocks advertised.
We were disappointed to find the heated pool closed for the season; this should be noted in the ad since the pool is so prominently featured.
Some of the floors and surfaces were cleaner than others, and some of the dishes needed rewashing.
Despite the noted inconveniences, the four of us enjoyed our stay; thank you.

What a great experience. Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. My family and I needed a place to stay close to Dewey Beach for a wedding and this was perfect. Perfectly located and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you to the owner for the hospitality… great experience.

House great, owners accessible. Had a great family vacation & returning next year. A/C not functioning properly especially 3rd floor bedrooms. Heavy humidity that sheets were damp. I felt bad for owners as the cleaners are not giving them fair work. Dirty soap in all showers, used tissues under beds, etc. NOT owners fault they should be able to trust those they hire.

The property was nice but I think for safety there should be a distinction between the top floor and the landing before you come down the steps. I loved the hardwood floors but because they are the same color my 81 year old mother misstepped and fell.

What an amazing owner and an amazing stay we had at her townhouse! She was so wonderful to work with, quick communication and gave really great advice on places to tour in the area!
The house is BEAUTIFUL! It's 3 stories, decorated so nicely, really great comfy couch in the living room and I love how she labeled all of the light switches & things in the house so it was easy to find! It was the smoothest check in process & since it was the off season she gave us a late check out which made our last day there even more special since we didn't need to rush out!
The garage is fully stocked with sand toys & beach chairs and so much that we were able to use! So many places to sleep too with three separate bunk beds! The kids LOVED having their own bunk bed. It was so spacious and just a great place to relax after a long day being a tourist and being at the beach and shopping.
She specifically states in the listing that you need to bring your own sheets - bedding is provided but sheets you need to bring yourself. I have no complaints and would go back in a heartbeat - it's all about who you rent from and the accommodations they make for you and this owner was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Our stay was only for a few days but the property was nice, nicely decorated, and very spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies.
There are a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels and they are a bit noisy. So, for anyone with bad knees or back this may be an issue.
This is the first condo we have ever rented that did not have sheets/towels so we did opt to bring our own vs. renting linens. This provided a bit of a challenge as it made for extra baggage in our already packed car and having to worry about a lot of sheets/towels for so many different bed sizes and all the bathrooms. We didn't have time to wash everything before leaving so we had to bring it all home and wash it. This would be the main negative for us, so we am not sure that we would rent a place that does not provide linens in the future, and the only options are to bring your own or pay extra money to rent them. It does seem that a number of places in the area are following this process though.
Overall, no other complaints and this property was nice and convenient in location to everything as it is right off of route 1.

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the location of this property. We could walk to the boardwalk from the front steps. The large sectional couch was really comfortable! Easy check in and an accommodating host. Would return to this property!

Lots of room, nice kitchen, right next to a great playground. I wouldn’t say this is walking distance into town or to the beach but it was a very short drive. All in all, it was a fantastic place for the family!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely well equipped property.
The owners were great at communicating.
The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable.
When the heating stopped working on Xmas Eve the owners did the best they could to get it going again even finding a HVAC firm to do a call out.
Only very small issues prevented this from being a 5* review.
When we arrived all the outside trash cans were full and there were 3 bags of trash/recycling in the garage waiting to go out.
There was only 1 spare trash bag provided so I recommend you take your own.
The vacuums in the house didn't work one of them fell apart when I tried to empty it, spilling it's contents across the living room and there was only a small dust pan and brush so keeping the place clean was a chore.
The kitchen was really well equipped, no problem cooking a large meal, even had a meat thermometer so the turkey was perfect.
There were plenty of tea towels which are often missing in vbro places so that was a nice surprise.
Great trip, we would stay there again.

Overall we had a lovely stay for a first family trip with our toddler. Our check-in process was a bit rocky however the hosts were swift to solve problems and the remainder of our stay was great. Love the quick drive to the beach and closeness of a few playgrounds.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and clean, with enough room for the kids to play and the adults to have some space. The heated pool is definitely worth it. The walk to the beach and the main street of the town was a little far for some of our group so we ended up driving and parking, but the host provided parking passes so that was easy enough. Also very convenient to the outlets and other shopping.

Beach getaway and wedding!
We were in town for a friends wedding and this home was a perfect fit. Close to the wedding and many other things to do. The walk to the beach was nice and relaxing, I little long for me because I have a very bad back and should have brought walking sticks. The group was 3 adults and 3 children ages 8, 5 and 18 months. My grandson age 15 also joined us for a few days. The house was spacious for us and would definitely fit the 12 listed. The house was nicely decorated not too much and not too little decor. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen tools. The pool was a pleasant 90 degrees give or take. While at the pool we met some of the neighbors who were so very nice. Would definitely stay again. Marie
