The location was great. I could see the ocean from the hotel and it only took a couple minutes walking to be on the beach. The best thing was the cost. For the price with the location you cant beat it.
The fact that I couldn't stay longer. Also the pay to park which is everywhere in Rehoboth.

I absolutely loved the owner of this place, he is a very genuine guy. He was able to go above and beyond for my stay. He accommodated my group so well even when I didn’t expect it. I loved the outdoor shower and really liked the ice machine available. I felt safe and comfortable. The place itself was spacious and super close to the beach and boardwalk. It had great WiFi, a good array of options, and was just a cozy little spot. I definitely recommend this for anyone in a pinch budget wise who wants to be super close to the beach.
The water temperature was pretty chilly in the indoor showers, and there was a cigarette smell in one room.

It was cheap and very close to the boardwalk
Any close parking costs $4.50 an hour between 10am and 10pm. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs past people sitting out smoking. Walls are very thin, can hear everything in the hall. Doors did not close tightly and uses keys that are easily duplicated. Room was dirty and there was black growth in the air conditioner. Blind on window was too short and not wide enough. Linoleum floor appeared to not have been mopped in a very long time. Wash cloths and towels and bed sheets were stained. Could be a good place if the owners would spend a little money on it, any handy type work was poorly done.
