Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and spaceous room with good facilites. The washer and dryer were really useful. Also it’s amazing that there is a whole kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and freezer. There was no room cleaning, but it was optional to change towels everyday.
The room had a distinct damp smell, even if we left the ventilation fan in the bathroom on for the whole day. Also the A/C in the room had a weird moldy scent when turned on.
It would be amazing if there were some instructions on how to use the washer as it is a considerably old machine and everything is in Japanese.

Direct and easy bus from the airport. Well located to walk to nearby attractions. Clean and tidy, good size bathroom considering the size of the unit.

I was extremely happy with this cosy and functional apartment-style accommodation, which allowed me to be very self-sufficient throughout my stay.
It included a washing machine, dryer and kitchenette, while the location was excellent — within easy walking distance of Kokusai-dori Shopping Street and only moments from Fukushuen Garden.
The team managing the property were also very friendly and helpful.
Although the apartment had a kitchenette, it did not include cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery beyond coffee cups and drinking glasses.
This was only a minor inconvenience, but anyone planning to prepare meals should be aware that these items are strictly BYO.

The place was very affordable and in a great location just a short walk to the beach and a nearby convenience store. The space was big, with helpful features like a fridge, laundry area, and an elevator, which made things easier, especially with luggage.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with a convenient location, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.
Although the unit had a kitchen, there were no utensils or cookware, so we couldn’t use it for actual cooking. The bed was quite small and not very comfortable, and the room had a musty smell like clothes that weren’t fully dried.
We had planned to return and even tried to reserve a parking spot in advance, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available, which led us to cancel our booking.
