We loved this whole experience and would return. We enjoyed the shoe-free environment and kimono robes, as well as the restaurant buffet. The private onsen rooms were incredible and we may have tried them all. Walking in town at night to the bamboo grove was a treat and the sound of the river was soothing. This was a great breather between our Tokyo and Osaka stays and wonderful for families, couples and solo travelers.

Great location near quaint town. The property has great amenities (private onsen, convenience store, etc.). The buffet was tasty. A large property with nice staff. You do need to take off your shoes throughout the property - great as long as you have no issues walking with just socks. I would stay here again.

Rooms are large and spacious, the private onsens were a delightful facility and easy to navigate. Location was amazing, only a small walk to the shujenzi temple and town centre.
Tv is a little small and outdated.
