The rooms and staff were nice. The bathroom especially. Water is pristine.
Room service cleans very rarely. Polyester bed sheets make for hot and unpleasant sleeping experience.

Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was fine, standard hotel chain room nothing special but nothing wrong with it.
Parking, car park they recommend you to go to, you need an app but unfortunately it didn’t work for us, we rang customer service and they were of no use at all, we still haven’t been able to pay for the parking.

For my first visit to Stockholm, it took me quite a while to choose the right hotel, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The train and bus stations are less than a one-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. A shopping mall is also within walking distance, and I highly recommend walking there so you can explore the lovely neighborhood.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Without a doubt, AC Hotel will be my first choice the next time I visit Sweden.

Friendly and helpful staff. Located next to train station.
Very small strange shaped room. Tea and coffee facilities in room were poor. Fridge kept falling over.
Not very good value for money. Expected more for the money.
